Rare Finds has become an illustrious household name in recent years, not only thanks to their esteemed PR services, but also their consistently solid monthly, East Coast tours. Hitting Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney each month with some rising, double headliner talent, Rare Finds' club nights have built to something bigger than anyone could have imagined.
In an effort to build the Brisbane leg of the tour to exceptional heights, GD FRNDS has signed on as official promotional and booking partners effective immediately as of the July event—held on Friday 13 July at Black Bear Lodge.
Rare Finds are excited to announce Gold Member and High Tropics as the next headlines of their East Coast touring circuit in July—presented by Oporto and Pilerats, and supported by Mountain Goat Beer, Arthur St. Studios and Sailor Jerry.
Rising alt-pop sensation and previous Queensland Music Awards winner Doolie is on local support alongside budding indie-rock four-piece, KB Theory.

'80s synths, hooks and driving hip-hop beats, Gold Member plates up a delicious mix of genres. One thing that's a constant, though, is the the skank. With a little bit of sugar, a little bit of spice and everything nice, 'Poppin', the group's latest, is sweeter than the two lovely ladies at the lemonade stand and will lave you with a sugar high like a kid on Halloween night.
Dubbed as "infectious garage pop" by Rolling Stone, High Tropics is the moniker of Queensland-based songwriter Josh Stewart and his band. What was intended as a means to put out music outside of fronting The Ninjas, Stewart's DIY home recordings quickly caught the attention for national and international tastemakers.
Carving her own niche on the music scene, young, yet seasoned, artist and 2016 Queensland Music Awards winner, Doolie, fronts her own band. They deliver a polished set of strong and percussive alt-pop songs, elevated to a higher level with her impressive and powerful vocal range.
KB Theory is a Brisbane-based indie-rock group with hard-hitting, catchy riffs that will take you on a musical journey. Blending influences from many different genres with a dose of catchy pop, they'll leave you wanting more. KB Theory's desire to provide a beat to move will captivate and keep you coming back for more.
